The Boat House is nestled on the banks of the upper Waitemata Harbour, adjacent to our historic tavern The Riverhead. Ideal for meetings, weddings and private functions.

The Boat House offers you a stunning, private rural setting only 25 minutes from Auckland City. There are a variety of different spaces for you to enjoy - we host weddings, parties, corporate functions, meetings and more. We take the stress out of organising events with on-site catering, a fully stocked bar, temperature control, break out areas and AV equipment available. The Boat House is only 25 minutes from central Auckland by car, or uniquely accessible by ferry to our private dock. The Boat House features an expansive lawn, garden gazebos to enjoy cocktails and canapés, and a charming conservatory.

You and the team have been the most amazing team to deal with. They day went so smoothly and it was everything we could have wanted it to be. The food was exceptional. The canapés were phenomenal (churros were a success), the dinner was so delicious with the whole sirloin cooked to a perfect medium rare and desserts and late night snack were equally of high praise!!!
