With Napier’s Art Deco architecture on your doorstep, specially designed multi-purpose spaces plus a talented team, your next event is sure to exceed expectation.

The Large Exhibition Hall can accommodate up to 25 exhibition sites and the iconic Ballroom has a dining capacity of 350 guests for conferences and weddings.

Onsite caterers, Dish Catering, offer a wide range of menu choices to suit the budget, theme or dietary requirements of your event and its guests. All food is freshly prepared onsite daily from locally sourced ingredients or products where possible.

Spacious open facility, large lobby area, several breakout rooms of various sizes. Recent visit for a conference, venue and view was fantastic. Friendly staff and clean facilities. Perfect for private function, wedding or conference catering for different sizes.

Napier War Memorial Conference Centre is an excellent facility. Located on the northern end of Marine Parade in Napier it has large conference rooms, excellent catering and technology. In addition, the views from the centre are great and there is easy to the beach and gardens if you want a bit of fresh air. The staff looked after us well and kept everything clean and tidy. Highly recommend.
