Flame Bar & Grill has been a local and visitors favourite in Queenstown for more than a decade. Now the renowned steak restaurant is bigger and better than ever thanks to its new premises in a prime location on Steamer Wharf.

Flame's new home is a purpose-built space that features a bespoke bar area, a large open theatre style kitchen and views of the stunning scenery that Queenstown is famous for. Rough-sawn black timber teams up perfectly with aged copper bar fronts and steel liquor displays, and the restaurant and bar now encompass three different zones. A huge skylight opens over the new large garden room and large windows open over neighbouring lakefront Earnslaw Park with fantastic views of the Remarkables. Flame is more than award-winning Steaks and Ribs - from the freshest seafood and tender skewered meats and Ribs to vibrant seasonal salads there’s something to please every taste. For private events, corporate gatherings and special occasions, Flame has you covered! Groups are seated in the main restaurant depending on party size. For more intimate group settings, Flame has two rooms available for exclusive semi private dining.
