Event Spaces
Wave Room (Te Iringa Function Space): Up to 185 guests for cocktail receptions, 180 for theatre setups, and 150 for banquets.
Conference Centre: Accommodates 120 in classroom style and up to 250 in theatre or cocktail settings.
Open Forum: Ideal for large events, with a capacity of 300 for seated dinners.
Foyer Space: Holds up to 100 guests for receptions and catering.
Services
In-House Catering: Our culinary team provides world-class meals, from morning tea to gala dinners, using fresh, local ingredients.
Venue Booking: We can source additional venues across Auckland and New Zealand.

Working with AUT Events has been an absolute pleasure. We received high level of attentive support throughout the planning and execution stages of our Orientation event. Great professionalism and energy from events staff throughout the week, providing top-notch service as well as seamless collaboration with the Ops and AV teams. High attention to detail from the team despite the 3 event sites throughout the week and the varying challenges of wet weather. Great trouble-shooting on the ground, especially in regard to ever-changing weather complications and shifts in food service. We are beyond grateful for AUT Event's expertise and support and we can't recommend them highly enough.
