It’s a pure wood architecture. I was recommended by someone I met in the new Saint Paul cathedral to visit here, and it totally worth the trip. It’s smaller than the new church but the atmosphere and environment is really nice. Some people are rehearsing the piano and violin in the church and the performance was fantastic!

We loved this old church made from native woods. Beautiful architecture quintessentially colonial NZ. Church bells were expertly rung.

Beautiful church made in wood. The church is very well maintained and the wooden interiors gives vintage vibes. They also have a small shop inside where small gift items are sold. Parking is very limited on the roadside outside the church.
