We have used the Auditorium at the Tiakiwai Conference Centre for our lectures for the last 6 years. The state-of-the-art space has been perfect for our in-person lectures, and also our Zoom lectures. We plan to continue holding our lectures at the venue for the foreseeable future. We're extremely happy with the outstanding service offered by the staff.

For the past several years we have hosted our Annual Awards Ceremony, the most prestigious event in our calendar, at the Tiakiwai Conference Centre. This is a beautiful space that is well appointed with excellent acoustics, natural ambience and a connection to New Zealand’s culture and heritage. The Tiakiwai team do a superb job and we cannot praise them highly enough. Their experienced, professional, calm and welcoming manner is what consistently makes this occasion a resounding success, together with our fantastic photographer and our amazing caterers. We look forward to holding this event at Tiakiwai again in 2026.

The Tiakiwai Conference Centre has been our venue of choice for our biannual conference for many years. It has provided exemplary service from first contact through all the complications of a lively event, including positive and focussed support through the pandemic and challenging Wellington events, delivered expertly and with good humour. The physical and technical environment of the venue is always perfectly maintained and supports informal group discussions, round table delivery, lectures, and keynote presentations as well as practical spaces for catering. We have used the Auditorium at the Tiakiwai Conference Centre to host our R Exchange event for the past two years. We couldn't be happier with the state-of-the-art space and service received.
