Commercial Bay is Auckland's newest retail and office precinct, home to cutting-edge meeting and event suites. With an unmatched location and sophisticated design, these spaces enable meetings, conferences, seminars and cocktail events right in the heart of Auckland.

Located within the PwC and HSBC Towers, the Commercial Bay Meeting & Event Suites are premium spaces designed to impress.  Each of these state-of-the-art spaces includes audiovisual technology, flexible event furniture, high-quality finishes and an acoustic wall inspired by the Waitematā Harbour shoreline. The PwC Tower features three main spaces: Toroa is the largest and most modular space within the PwC Tower. Its retractable wall and portable bar allow it to comfortably accommodate between 50 and 145 guests. Makorā consists of three separate spaces: Tahi, Rua, and Toru. Separated by bifold glass room dividers and sound curtaining, Makorā is a malleable solution for conferences, seminars, workshops and meetings with up to 100 guests. Sky Lobby is located on Level 3 of the PwC Tower. This is a venue sure to wow your guests. With stunning views and dramatic ceilings, and large outdoor terrace, this space can accommodate up to 350 guests cocktail style. Available after 5.30pm weekdays and anytime weekends. The HSBC Tower meeting suites offer four meeting rooms: Executive Boardroom, Project Room, Tuhono (which splits into Tuhono Tahi) and Tuhono Rua.  These adaptable rooms include high-end AV and conference call facilities, enabling video conferences, board meetings, strategy sessions, workshops, and presentations.
