The Commercial Bay Meeting & Event Suites are located on level 2 of the new PwC Tower and in the lobby of the HSBC tower next door. Both locations offer premium event spaces suitable for large board meetings, seminars and cocktail events in unmatched locations close to the waterfront CBD. These sophisticated spaces are sure to impress. Combining convenience with class, our spaces are designed to be the ideal choice for meetings, conferences, seminars and other corporate events with our unmatched location and ease of access. Equipped with state-of-the-art audiovisual technology and a seamless design, each room features flexible event furniture, high-quality finishes and an acoustic wall inspired by the shoreline of the Waitematā Harbour. Operated by Generator, the Commercial Bay team brings you impeccable service and a wealth of experience, featuring a dedicated events manager and sumptuous on-site catering. Known for our collaborative, characterful spaces, our goal is to bring you venues that harmonise with your function no matter how small or large. Our Commercial Bay Meeting and Event Suites are designed to be both unique and adaptable, with multiple spaces in both locations. In the PwC Tower, our Toroa space is the largest. With a capacity of 145 guests, including a retractable wall, relocatable bar and the option to partition the room in half for more intimate events. Makorā is comprised of three separate spaces: Tahi, Rua and Toru. Versatile, filled with light and separated by bifold glass room dividers and sound curtaining, Makora is the answer to every function, from conferences and seminars to workshops and meetings, hosting up to 100 guests. In the HSBC Tower meeting suites, the space consists of four meeting rooms with the ability to transform the rooms into a large event space filled with natural light. Rooms include the Executive Boardroom, Project Room, Tuhono which splits into Tuhono Tahi and Tuhono Rua. Each room is built with high-end AV and conference call facilities. These adaptable rooms are perfect for anything from a video conference, board meeting, strategy session, workshop of presentation.
