Vanderosa Farms is a breathtaking venue set on a ridgeline 300m above sea level. Minutes from Leigh, Vanderosa Farms overlooks Pakiri Beach and surrounding farmland.

This elevated property consists of a Black Barn, boutique accommodation, onsite activities and awe-inspiring views for as far as the eye can see.

The Black Barn is a light-filled space with a high ceiling, natural wood interior, classic barn doors and seating for up to 150 guests. The Black Barn opens onto the deck, creating the perfect indoor-to-outdoor flow for your event.

Venue hire includes the use of chairs, tables, bar stools, bar leaners, festoons, fairy lights, a fridge and a generator.

In terms of AV equipment, Vanderosa Farms has two JBL Bluetooth speakers and an 85-inch screen.

Vanderosa Farms is a BYO venue, allowing you to bring your own caterer, food truck and/or minibar, with no corkage fee required.

The self-contained home sleeps up to 10 guests, while there are plenty more accommodation options in Leigh, Mathesons Bay and Goat Island.

We couldn’t have been happier with Vanderosa Farm as our wedding venue! The place is absolutely stunning — the views are breathtaking and made for the most incredible backdrop to our day.The venue itself is superb — beautifully maintained, spacious, and full of charm. It gave us so much flexibility to bring our vision to life, and in every corner we could have our own personal touch.The communication from the team was great from start to finish. They were always helpful in finding ways to make our vision work and made the entire planning process so much easier. On the day, the site managers were absolute legends — organized, calm, and so supportive, making sure everything ran smoothly without a hitch.We’re so grateful to Vanderosa Farm for helping make our day so special. We had the most magical wedding at Vanderosa. You can't beat the view; it was stunning! It made for such a beautiful experience for both us and our guests who all raved about the venue.We found Jesse and our day manager Sharyn easy to work with. Jesse always answered our questions quickly and the instructions were clear. As long as you're prepared to follow the rules (such as 10 cars max, 11.30pm finished etc.) it's great!I would definitely recommend Vanderosa.

I had my wedding here last weekend and it was the most magical spot! The on venue accommodation was the easiest and perfect space for myself, husband and overseas friends to all stay in. The new ceremony lawn has the most insane view of the valley out to the ocean. The Vanderosa team were SO helpful with anything that came up and with working directly with our vendors to make sure the day ran smoothly. We got a big rain pour right when we were about to start the ceremony but the site manager Sharyn was so helpful with my guests to reset up the ceremony on the gorgeous deck of the reception barn. Even with the last minute changes everything worked out so well and it was a perfect day. I highly recommend having your wedding here if you’re considering a BYO venue.
