Exceptionally Good Value for money.We have been to many Hotels and Accommodation options in Rotorua, this is the Best Value for money in regards of the restaurant/ food quality, the Hot Swimming Pool and 2 spa pools, facilities, carpark, safety, the Rooms Cleanness and Service.Well Done Ridges Rotorua hotel and staff.

Stayed at Rydges Rotorua not long ago and had such a great experience! The staff were very friendly and welcoming from the second we arrived. The room was clean and spacious. We had a beautiful view overlooking the racecourse, and it was such a good spot to relax.The buffet breakfast was also very good. So many options and everything was fresh and delicious. It is also just a short drive from the lakefront and other activities. Good parking and good customer service. I will stay here again next time I'm in Rotorua. I recommend this place!

Helpful staff. Rooms are a good clean tidy modern standard.The pool was also warm so went for a swim. A good breakfast included in my price. Views over the steam if you get the correct room.
