Conveniently located on Wellington's main train line, NZCIS has a train station directly outside the venue. Alternatively, it's an easy drive from Wellington City and there is plenty of parking onsite. The Conference Centre features many adaptable spaces, including conference rooms, breakout rooms, lecture theatres, lounges, and media rooms. These rooms are thoughtfully equipped with the latest technology to help your event run smoothly. We enjoyed both the conference facilities and accommodation for an end of year meeting for our central and southern teams. The pre-communication and organisation was great and we felt there was a personal interest in making the arrangements fit our needs. On the day we had management, catering and IT support to make the day go smoothly with flexibility if needed. The catering was fresh, plentiful and a good variety. The highlight was the tour through the facilities across the Campus. Everyone enjoyed the uniqueness of the high performance sport venue and had a bit of fun at the end of the day. The accommodation on site was modern and suited us with staff travelling in from throughout New Zealand. Highly recommend!

The Z Energy supply chain spent an immersive day at NZCIS, experiencing an environment where high performance is the top priority. This was a unique opportunity to take our team out of an often boring/typical corporate offsite and shake things up. We were treated to our own private lounge/dining room, amazing food, thought provoking speakers and a whole lot of fun at the Performance Institute (nothing beats a bit of healthy competition). The focus for the day was high performing teams and that's exactly what we were given. The facility is worldclass, easy to travel to and from Wellington city, close to public transport and a place where time goes by fast. If we were all able to call this our workplace we would live happier lives.

We used the NZCIS Campus as a venue for our company’s first conference. All the facilities used, including the on-site accommodation and Bond and Murray Rooms were exceptionally modern, clean, and well presented with incredibly helpful and efficient staff who provided both continual support and aided in the smooth running of the event. As a group of 80+, our needs were well catered for and we look forward to the opportunity to return!

Accommodation

We have 50 of our modern apartments in our village complex, with separate living areas, two king-sized beds, TV, La-Z-Boy chairs, kitchenettes, plus laundry you'll have all you need and more. Our dorm style rooms have a configuration of six wings made up of 13 individual king single rooms, with shared bathroom, lounge and kitchenette. Perfect for sports teams or larger travelling groups. These are booked by wing only.
