This space is set up in board room style with our café/bar close by for all your hospitality needs. The Powerplant: A polished creative play space - perfect for workshops, strategy sessions, presentations or launch events. The space offers plenty of natural light with floor to ceiling windows and the ability to be split into two spaces for smaller/parallel events. The Workshop: Our biggest event space - floor to ceiling with cityscape views and harbour sunsets. This space boasts a breakout lounge with a pop up bar and is a blank canvas offering huge amounts of natural light. The Workshop can be hired as one, or it can be split into two entirely separate spaces, equipped with advanced AV Tech – purpose built for whatever you need. The Accelerator: Our unique ‘pop up space’ – ideal for showcases, social events or experiential activations. This is a great addition for events in our Workshop, offering a space for registrations and pre-event networking. Can access via our Laneway or through the main entrance of 12 Madden. The HQ: Pleasure HQ. A social spot – where we bring humans together. Located on the ground floor with fully licensed bar and café, greenery and a chic fitout – perfect for cocktail events, social get-togethers and casual presentations. The HQ can be exclusively booked from 5pm in the evening and anytime on weekends. The Laneway: The Laneway is an industrial design event space created by Warren and Mahoney Architects. It is a blank canvas that you are able to make your own e.g art exhibition or a photoshoot. This space offers standing cocktail for up to 400 people and is bookable for evening events after 5pm or anytime on the weekend.
